All theme documentation is for the latest versions of our themes. If you can't find your answer, you may be running an older version - feel free to submit a support request.
Our support team are available to help get you up and running with our themes and we aim to respond to requests within 24 hours. Before submitting a request, be sure to check our troubleshooting guide, FAQs or Shopify's Help Center - you may find your remedy there!
Once you've purchased a theme, you're entitled to free updates. All of our themes are regularly maintained, and we often release upgrades that offer new features and functionality and bug fixes. Unfortunately theme updates aren't applied automatically to stores on Shopify so have to be made manually. For more information, see our guide on how to update your theme.
Adding apps to your store can help add new features and functionality, but can often make theme maintenance a little more complex. Check out our guide on using apps with themes.
Themes are licensed to use for a single store only. You are not permitted to transfer or sell a Theme to any other person’s store on Shopify or elsewhere. Read more about Shopify's Terms and Conditions.
