If you're setting up a Shopify store for the first time, we recommend visiting the Shopify Help Center to familiarize yourself with the platform.

Online Store 2.0

On June 29th, Shopify announced the release of Online Store 2.0, an extensive set of features and enhancements that make customizing themes more flexible and more maintainable.

Our themes are all being updated to fully support the new features of Online Store 2.0, with expected availability in fall 2021.

To check whether your theme is compatible with Online Store 2.0 refer to the theme release notes or visit guide our on how to update your theme.

Theme support

Our theme support team is available to help get you up and running with our themes and we aim to respond to requests within 24 hours.

Theme maintenance

Once you've purchased a theme, you're entitled to free updates. All of our themes are regularly maintained, and we often release upgrades that offer new features and functionality and bug fixes. Theme updates aren't applied automatically to stores on Shopify so have to be made manually. For more information, see our guide on how to update your theme.

Apps are a great way to add extra functionality to your store, but will often need to be re-installed if you update your theme. Before adding an app to your store, check out our guide on using apps with themes.


Themes are licensed to use for a single store only. You are not permitted to transfer or sell a Theme to any other person’s store on Shopify or elsewhere. Read more about Shopify's Terms and Conditions.
